Okay, the LONG awaited post of all the lambs to NAME them! I was hoping to have an extra surprise for you, which was an additional reason for delay, but alas, not all babies make it. :( We would have had 14 lambs total, had everything gone perfectly. But life isn't like that, is it.

(Do those two lambs look like they are panicking to you?!
You can almost here that one saying:
"WHOA, hold on!"
LOL!!)
So, GLADLY I present to you 11 lambs! Some have been named, but most need names! And as you will see I am a bit confused already, as to who is who. Hee heee heee. There are ELEVEN of them! Could you keep track of who is who?! It's like having eleven 3 year olds running around, battling for glory. LOL!

When I saw them last my daughter spooked them and they went for a run... and a jump.

rory - first lamb (top left of that last photo. ;) Twinset 1 are also in that photo: The left most and upper left. The middle lamb is the youngest single (I think?!) needing to be named too.

HI Winston!!Mwaaa Mwaaa Mwaaa!
You will notice there is a lamb marked "LAMB X" in some of the photos above. That, I think, is the right hand lamb in the photo of twinset1. I think. She is very social, and is a camera hog, in case you can't tell.
You may have noticed I am not paying much attention to girl or boy names. Though I could, you CAN tell which are which, I am giving them all names I like. So... gimme some GREAT names PEOPLE! We seem to be heading Gaelic in names so far, but all suggestions are welcome, and maybe we will do a poll if we get lots of suggestions. :) I am being overly optimistic, I know! LOL!
So, again, the names we need/have....
twinset 1 ~ white twins ~ both need names
twinset 2 ~ Winston & twin
twinset 3 ~ (B&W twins) MacDuff & twin
twinset 4 ~ Sorcha & twin
single ~ All black w/ tuff
single ~ Rory ~ eldest, ram lamb.
single youngest ~ white
** I must remind everyone that this is a lamb farm. So most of these cuties will be loved and enjoyed for only a short time here (until Fall). This has been run for generations as a lamb farm, helping contribute good food to our community. But, having said that, I plan to enjoy their company while I can. Part of that is naming them, so I can thank them properly later. :)

Ha! I have been waiting for this post! OK, Gyl, here are my suggestiosn:
1. Winston & Clementine (aka Mrs. Winston Churchill - ;))
2. Sorcha & Aisling (sounds like: Ash-leen; Irish Gaelic)
3. MacDuff & Angus OR MacDuff & Duncan OR MacDuff & Banquo (DH suggests MacDuff & MacFluff)
4. The all black lamb: Ciora Dubh (meaning black lamb in Gaelic)
5. The white twins: Emuin & Fiona (Emuin means lamb and fiona means white)
That's all I've got (LOL!)
Sarah :)
I forgot the little white lambie!!!
DH suggests: Linda Elambgelista *rolling eyes*
These are mine:
Samantha (from S&TC)
Flora (after Flora MacDonald who sheltered Bonnie Prince Charlie after he fled from the English after Culloden)
That's really, really, it! LOL!
Sarah :)
You know Sarah, I wish you spent a little more time on your ideas! ROFL!
You sure have been waiting hey?! LOL! I love your excitement about this!!
And tell your hubby Thanks! You guys sound like us. LOL!

Ummm, Blair, Bridget, Chevonne, Corwyn, Michaela, McLain, Sean..... BTW, I'm sure you know this naming thing is never going to work. You can't tell that many babies apart when they look so much alike. You're excellent with fabric, SO, I'm thinking you should make little Lambie Clothes! LOL. Just imagine those little lambie lasses in some ruffles! Don't rule it out right away. Maybe??? ;-)
Gyl - LOL! We all have our own talents, hey? ROTFL!!
How bout some boutique lambie bows to tell each of them apart? ;) Great idea, Miss Thimbleanna!
Sarah
Definately, maybe. ;)
I am LMAO at the idea of a lamby photoshoot! Lol!

twinset 1 ~ white twins ~ Caitrin (meaning pure) and Finian (fair/white)
twinset 2 ~ Winston & twin--yup, no way can I beat Sarah's suggestion here...Clementine it is!
twinset 3 ~ (B&W twins) MacDuff & twin...hmmmn...Malcolm? Lady? ;)
twinset 4 ~ Sorcha & Darby
single ~ All black w/ tuff: Dolan (black haired)
single youngest ~ white: Rian/Riane (a little king)--because we all know that the youngest child fills out this description well...LOL...
And how clever is *this* name: Mackenzie (son of the handsome one). I so should have named my kids something that meant "child of the brilliant, beautiful one." ROFL!
Hey Gyl,
Did you sort out names for the lambies?
Sarah :)
I am an independent designer myself and I loved watching your work/auctions. A long time ago I was in a group and the bad behavior of others made me rethink ever joining one again. I think it has to mainly do with jealousy and people who have too much time on their hands with not near enough to do. My girlies keep me busy and I am about to re-launch my old business on ebay. I was sad to see you go. I hope you well.
